We are making this switch to provide you with a more streamlined, user-friendly experience for scheduling, paperwork, and billing.
You don’t need to do anything right this second, but here is what you can expect to happen over the next week:
In the coming days, if you haven’t already, you will receive an email invitation from Oasys Health to activate your new account.
Tip: If you don’t see it by the end of the week, please check your spam or promotions folder! If it’s not there, reach out to us.
Click the link in that email to create your password and log into your new secure portal dashboard.
Once you are logged in, you will see a few updated practice policy forms waiting for your review. Please take a few moments to digitally sign them so we can keep your file up to date.
Tip: If you don’t see them yet, it means our system hasn’t sent them to you. Sit tight, they’re coming to you soon. You do not need updated forms signed before your next appointment.
No. This is strictly an administrative upgrade. Your scheduled sessions, fees, and current treatment plan all stay exactly the same.
All of your existing medical records, progress notes, and history are securely encrypted and safely migrated and archived. You do not lose anything.
You’ll still receive reminders with links to your appointment. You will be asked to download a new app from Oasys Health. Alternatively, you can always log in for your appointment on your phone or computer’s browser (like Safari, Chrome, or any other browser you choose).
Nothing changes here! Please continue to call or text me at the exact same phone number you have always used.
Yes, completely. Oasys Health is fully HIPAA-compliant and uses top-tier encryption to ensure your personal health information and billing data remain private and secure.
If you run into any technical glitches setting up your account, or if you didn’t receive your email invite, just send a quick text to our usual number and we will get it sorted out for you!
