I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, in-home, school, and outpatient settings. When I’m not working, I am usually hanging out with animals, whether they are my pets or the wild ones that I try to befriend in my backyard. Disney movies may have given me unrealistic expectations regarding animal interaction, but I’m not giving up on my dream of a talking animal sidekick just yet.
