Therapy Group

Dad Support Group

A place for dads to feel respected, heard, and appreciated, and to pick up skills that actually work at home.

About this group

What this group is.

Being a dad is hard, and you're done feeling misunderstood or like everything you do goes unnoticed. You're not the only one. For 8 weeks, join other dads in a space where you can get it off your chest without being judged or ridiculed.

We'll also cover real, useful skills you can put to work at home, with your kids and your partner, without anyone telling you to 'just communicate better.'

Schedule

Thursdays, 6:00–7:00pm · 8-week cohort · 10 spots max

Location

In-person at 1456 Ferry Rd, Suite 503, Doylestown, PA 18901

Cost

$600 total for all 8 sessions

Dads who feel unseen

Less venting, more tools, communication, regulation, and partnership stuff that actually works.

03

Dads who want a circle

Other dads who get it and won't roll their eyes when you bring something real.
