Therapy Group
Life Skills for Young Men
An 8-week course teaching high school guys the life skills school never covered, with a male therapist they'll actually relate to.
About this group
What this group is.
Over 8 weeks, we teach your son the life skills he'll need to survive and thrive in high school, college, and the real world. Each week covers a topic that will actually make a difference in his day-to-day life.
School isn't teaching this stuff. Most guys end up figuring it out alone, or from friends, and that doesn't always go well. Give your son a leg up with a male therapist he'll actually open up to.
Schedule
Thursdays, 6:00–7:00pm · 8 consecutive weeks · 8 spots max
Location
In-person at 1456 Ferry Rd, Suite 503, Doylestown, PA 18901
Cost
$600 total for all 8 sessions
Who should join.
High school guys
Sophomores through seniors ready to talk about the stuff school skips.
Quiet kids who'd benefit from a circle
Young men who don't naturally have a tight friend group to lean on.
Parents who want a head start
Parents who'd rather their son hear it from a male therapist than the internet.
The arc
What to expect.
Topics they'll actually use
Confidence, dating, sex and consent, drugs, communication, money, straight talk, no lectures.
Group of peers
Small cohort of other young men so it feels like a circle, not a class.
Skills that stick
Weekly practice and reflection so what they learn shows up in real life.
Meet the facilitator.
