No matter who I am working with, I believe in the mind-body connection and strongly advocate integrating lifestyle changes when treating mood disorders; including nutrition, supplementation, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress management. I also believe in personalized treatment; while individuals may share a diagnosis, their treatment should be custom tailored.
Outside of work, I enjoy hosting and entertaining family and friends to share good food and company. I try to “practice what I preach” so physical activity is an integral part of my daily routine, and I make it a point to exercise most days though yoga, indoor cycling, running and strength training. I also love adventure and travel and have been to many amazing places.
