Therapy Group

Autism Caregiver Support Group

A free virtual support group for parents and caregivers of autistic loved ones, with a licensed therapist.

About this group

What this group is.

Support groups are crucial for parents, caregivers, siblings, and anyone who loves an autistic person, and who needs support themselves so they can be a better resource for the people they love.

Caregivers commonly feel exhausted, angry, anxious, guilty, or grief-stricken. Finding people who are going through the same things is one of the most reliable ways to take care of your own well-being.
