Parent intake first
Before the first session, we gather a thorough history. For children under 14, the first session is with parents only.
Child-centered therapy
Using play therapy, CBT, social skills instruction, and mindfulness, tailored to your child's age and needs.
Parents stay in the loop
You'll be kept informed and involved at every step, and learn skills to support your child's progress at home.
