As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I bring extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My background encompasses a wide range of clients, including those feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, individuals grappling with social anxiety, students facing academic challenges that hinder their potential, and those dealing with more complex psychiatric issues.

Beyond my clinical expertise, I have a personal connection to mental health; as a mother of three adult children, two of whom faced mental health difficulties in their youth, I understand firsthand the profound impact psychological challenges can have on families.
